To the uninitiated, Prawn Vadai is a doughnut-shaped batter. It is made with a combination of lentils, wheat flour, juicy and fresh prawns, spices, curry leaves, herbs and green chilli. This enhances its taste.
“Prawn Vadai” can be enjoyed as a snack, appetizer or even as a main dish. It is a versatile option for any meal. Unlike many other deep-fried snacks, prawn vadai is made with prawns. Prawns are low in fat and high in protein, making it a healthier option. These are snacks normally you can find in night markets or pasar malams.
Only Fresh prawns are being used!

Every batch of prawn vadai batter is freshly prepared every day in small batches in ensuring quality and consistency! Our perfect vadai are deep fried in hot oil using our traditional vadai recipe.
It’s all in the texture!
