We mainly cater to pre-orders as our Teh Tarik is freshly brewed and prepared upon order. As preparation and delivery slots are limited, we may not be able to fulfil last-minute requests. We recommend placing your order in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Teh Tarik is prepared by pouring freshly brewed tea and milk back and forth between two vessels. This pulling process helps mix the drink, create its signature froth and give Teh Tarik its smooth, creamy finish.
Teh Tarik is different from regular milk tea because it is hand-pulled to create a smoother texture and light froth. It has roots in Indian tea-making traditions and became a familiar part of Malaya and Southeast Asian drink culture. With condensed milk, it is usually richer, creamier and well-loved at Singapore events and gatherings.
Our 3L boxes and 5L party boxes are suitable for smaller gatherings, office orders, family events and self-service setups. Cambro beverage dispensers are recommended for larger events or longer serving periods because they support easier dispensing and better heat retention.
Yes, we offer Teh Tarik delivery and self-collection in Singapore. Delivery and pickup options are available through our online ordering platform, subject to available dates, times and order requirements.
Artisan Teh Tarik is a 100% Muslim-owned business and SFA Food Safety Certified. We are not currently MUIS halal certified. If you have specific halal-related requirements for your event, please contact us before ordering.
Yes, we accept corporate, school and bulk Teh Tarik orders for office events, meetings, staff appreciation sessions, school functions and community events. We are also able to support eligible GeBIZ orders where required. For larger orders, please contact us in advance so we can advise on suitable quantities, serving options and delivery arrangements.
Yes, we provide Teh Tarik for weddings, corporate events, school functions, community gatherings, parties and family celebrations in Singapore. We offer different serving options, including 3L boxes, 5L party boxes and Cambro beverage dispensers, depending on your event size and serving needs. Advance ordering is recommended for larger events.
Yes. Artisan Teh Tarik is inspired by our family’s sarbat tea-making tradition, which traces back to 1932. Our Teh Tarik is freshly brewed, hand-pulled and prepared with care to preserve the familiar taste of traditional Teh Tarik enjoyed across generations in Singapore.
Our Teh Tarik is freshly prepared and packed hot. Our 3L and 5L boxes help retain heat for around 3 to 4 hours, depending on handling and serving conditions. For events that require longer heat retention and easier serving, Cambro beverage dispensers are recommended.
Our Teh Tarik is freshly prepared and should be consumed within the same day. If there is any balance after your event, transfer it to a clean container and keep it chilled in the fridge. Even when chilled, it should still be consumed within the same day as no preservatives are added.
The quantity depends on your event size, serving duration and whether Teh Tarik is the main drink or one of several beverages. For smaller gatherings, 3L or 5L boxes may be suitable. For larger events, Cambro beverage dispensers are recommended. You may contact us with your estimated number of guests and event details so we can suggest a suitable option.
